Now I would like to talk about the characters.
A Bloody Kingdom is really a devious, smart and well-written book that will keep you captive until the very last page. The underlying sense of danger and the flow of the actions are effortless. I was on the edge of my seat and my heart was beating so wildly from all the suspense! And OMG the last few chapters broke me!! I was literally sobbing so hard because I am totally invested with these characters. Every book was like watching an action-packed movie with intoxicating storyline and compelling characters and the author delivered the finale with a bang! As expected there was action, mystery, danger, dark humor, romance and steamy moments, and of course it is not a JJ McAvoy book without a mind blowing twist. SPELLBINDING, THRILLING, INTENSE, PASSIONATE, WITTY, BOLD, AND INTRIGUING. These are just some of the words I have to describe this series. It’s not a secret that I am a huge fan of JJ McAvoy and this series is my ultimate favorite. An epic emotional roller coaster that I’m more than willing to go through multiple times.Ī Bloody Kingdom is the last installment in the Ruthless People series. I’m not complaining though because this book was BLOODY BRILLIANT. I have been warned that this is going to be painfully gut wrenching but holy shit did it felt like I have been hit my truck. Sort of. Well, ok fine who am I kidding I am still reeling from this book.
